Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pre-Order Discount Window
Pre-orders are available at a discounted price for a limited time as outlined on the product page. Once this pre-order window closes, the shoes will no longer be available for pre-order, and customers will have to wait for the shoes to arrive and be sold at full price.

2. Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date provided at the time of purchase is an approximation based on our production schedule. While we strive to meet this date, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays that are beyond our control. In the event of any changes to the shipping date, we will notify you via email with updates regarding your order.

3. Size Exchanges
To support potential size exchanges, we will produce a limited number of extra pairs in various sizes. If you need a different size, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
If we are unable to fulfil your requested exchange due to limited inventory, you will be offered a full refund for your order.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies to all pre-orders. If you wish to return or exchange your pre-ordered shoes, please refer to the return policy outlined on our website. All returns and exchanges must be made within the specified timeframe and meet the criteria set forth in our policy.

5. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. Upon confirmation of your pre-order, your payment will be processed immediately.

6. Production Cancellations
In the rare event that we are unable to proceed with this round of production due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Should this occur, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order with the highest level of care and attention.
