Which countries do you ship to?

We offer free worldwide shipping. Please note that we’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
At this time, we do not ship to Russia, North Korea, or Cuba. Thank you for your understanding.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of being placed, subject to stock availability and payment verification. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • UK & Europe: 3–7 working days

  • Worldwide: 3–10 days

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing. If payment of any customs, taxes, or duties is delayed, this may also affect delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or actions taken by customs authorities or shipping carriers. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note that these delivery timeframes do not apply to pre-orders. For pre-order items, the estimated shipping window is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We do not currently offer same-day delivery. However, if your delivery address is within Amsterdam and you require urgent shipping, we can arrange a special courier service at your expense, subject to stock availability. Please contact us to arrange this.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

Import duties, taxes, and regulations are determined by the destination country and may change at any time without notice.

While we aim to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that duty thresholds or exemptions will apply at the time of delivery.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.

European Union
We ship directly from the Netherlands. No customs duties will be charged for deliveries within the European Union. VAT is already included in the price you pay at checkout.

USA
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has removed the “de minimis” duty exemption for most imports. This means that almost all shipments to the U.S., regardless of value, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

You will be responsible for these charges. We recommend checking with your local U.S. Customs and Border Protection office (or government customs agency) before placing your order, so you understand what fees may apply.

If you refuse or fail to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any handling fees applied by the courier

While we offer free shipping on all orders, unpaid import charges are not our responsibility. Returning parcels incur significant costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

United Kingdom (Great Britain)
Due to Brexit, UK orders are subject to local VAT (20%) plus a small courier handling fee on import. Your order is placed tax-free on our website, so you will never be charged VAT twice. The courier will contact you directly with payment instructions before delivery.

You will be responsible for paying these charges. Please check with your local customs authority if you are unsure about the exact amounts.

If charges are not paid and the parcel is returned, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any handling fees applied by the courier

Northern Ireland
Due to Brexit, Northern Ireland has special arrangements with the European Union under the Northern Ireland Protocol (updated by the Windsor Framework, effective May 1, 2025). For orders to Northern Ireland:

  • VAT is applied at the time of your order, so you should not pay additional customs duties or import VAT upon delivery

Important: If you live in Northern Ireland, please email us before placing your order so we can provide the correct checkout instructions and ensure VAT is applied correctly. We will guide you through the process to make your order smooth and hassle-free.

Rest of the World
For all other destinations, additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. Please check with your government customs agency before ordering to understand potential charges.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What if my order has not arrived?

Please double-check that your shipping address was entered correctly. Orders sent to invalid addresses may be returned, delaying delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us via our Contact page. Note that once an order is delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
