Great product, the quality of the manufacturing is noticeable. I usually wear 39 but in this model size 38 is my perfect fit with wide feet. Smooth and reactive communication, and was accommodated really fast(I was expecting and accepting a longer wait) when I wanted to exchange the size. Only downside is the shipping company UPS, cause they add expensive fees compared to DHL. I will order again :)

Such amazing shoes and such a lovely owner! Even when I had issues with the delivery company she did everything she could to make sure my shoes got to me and was so kind and understanding about it. The shoes are so gorgeous and are so comfortable even though I have wide feet and went for my usual size. Can’t recommend enough! Definitely worth the price.
The most amazing pair of heels! I had been wanting these for over a year, and admittedly was a little intimidated at the price, as a recent grad. However when I got my first legal position I knew these were a must have. And im so glad. They took one wear to break in, it was a little painful, but that was more so my excitement and lack of prep. Since then they have been amazing, they are incredibly comfy and easy to walk in [as someone who doesnt wear heels often]. They are so versatile, I wear them almost daily to work, ive worn them out for drinks with friends, to a event and even to a picnic. Will definitely be looking into investing in another pair in the future !

I love these shoes! I have horrible foot pain from shoes when wearing heels and my podiatrist told me I should no longer wear heels. Unfortunately, I LOVE shoes and wanted something cute and fashionable that doesn’t scream “comfortable”. These are incredible.

I love them and they fit perfectly! They feel really comfy and will probably just feel better and better once I walk in them more and soften the leather a bit, since I got a few blisters.

I really love these! I'm not usually one to wear high heels because they hurt to stand in most of the time, but this pair is comfy enough that I barely realize I'm in heels. I was worried they wouldn't fit because my feet are wide and so I often have to get a size bigger just to fit my toes comfortably, but this pair is perfectly wide so trust the measurements; they'll fit! My only small complaint-ish is that the front of the shoe (the outsole I believe it's called) doesn't have any anti-slippery rubber, unlike the heel part. This means if it starts to rain out of nowhere, do not run in them or you might slip lol (don't ask how I know hahah). They do seem to become less slippery as the front gets more used, but still good to stay aware of.

Absolutely love them. They look beautiful and are very comfortable, possibly recommend one break in wear. I walk a ton and have worn these to work without issue. Would wear them every day if I wasn’t worried about wearing them out quickly! I have size 8 US feet that are a bit wide, for reference. These fit great and were true to size.
Incredibly soft cushion and leather! I wore the shoes for the first time at a summer party at 30+ degrees and did not have a single blister. Would recommend sizing down though, especially if you have narrower feet. My regular sneaker size is 41.5 and I have the Joni‘s in 40. They fit well but I could have even chosen the 39 I think.
I fell in love with the Joni sandal at first sight! I had some trouble finding my size since my measurements were between two sizes, but I got amazing help to find the best fit for me. When they arrived they fit perfectly! I cannot be happier with them! They truly are the perfect shoe to dress up or down!

Was so excited about how gorgeous and comfortable these were, I had to snap a picture of them the second I took them off and get everyone I know on them :)! I have quite wide feet and regular shoes are not comfortable from the first second. I thought struggling in heels was just part of the deal. Not anymore!
I'm so glad I got these in all my favorite colors on pre-order! Both the black and chocolate ones are absolutely perfect. Theyre so comfortable, and I always struggle finding shoes for my wide feet :'). I can't wait for the cherry ones to arrive!
Honestly, I had a great experience with Victoria and I think that made it for me. Don't get me wrong, I love the shoes, they're pretty comfortable from the get go and I imagine they'll just become moreso as I wear them. But the customer service takes it to the next level, and it started way before I even bought the shoes, let alone received them. I usually go for half sizes or size up in shoes and I've never really worn heels so I got in touch, with my foot measurements so I could ensure I was buying the right size, and she was able to advise me on this, I ended up going for a 39. When they arrived after a few try-ons around the house I knew I wanted these shoes in my collection - especially as a person who is almost exclusively in trainers, they're such a versatile shoe - however I was concerned that they were a bit too small length wise. I got in contact again with Victoria, who was incredibly patient with me especially since I was worried about needing to reorder and the customs process for returning, and she talked me through the options. She never tried to convince me to keep them if I didn't want to (which I appreciated because I feel like sometimes people will try and convince you that something is right, when it isn't), buy explained if I went to a size up (a 40 in this case) it would give me more length but the strap across the toe area would also be bigger and with my measurements a 39 would be more suited especially as the shoe wears in the future, but ultimately if I wanted to try the different size she would accommodate me where possible. All this to say, I kept the shoes and I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will definitely be ordering more in the future. The only thing I would say, is in the future I hope they offer silver buckles as an option as I'm a silver girl through and through!

All I can say is, WOW! These shoes are so worth the wait. The color is stunning, you can see and feel how high quality they are. They are incredibly comfortable to wear. 10/10 all around! Wish I could afford to have them in every color LOL
The quality and craftsmanship of these sandals exceeded my expectations. They’re incredibly comfortable, beautifully made, and the brand was very communicative throughout the process, which I really appreciated. One thing to note is that I have very flat feet, so the sandals look a little chunkier on me than they do in the product photos because my feet fill the footbed more. I also have very slim ankles, so the ankle strap is slightly loose. Both of these are simply due to my foot shape and not an issue with the sandals themselves and the strap is an easy fix at home. Overall, they’re absolutely beautiful shoes, and I’m so happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be wearing them with joy!
I got these shoes a couple of months ago and was originally going to review these after my first couple of wears as I was really excited, but I decided to hold off. I’ve worn these shoes now every time I’ve wanted to wear heels and trust me, I am NOT a heels person, but I have to say these have truly been the best starter heel for me. Not only are they gorgeous - something I don’t need to spend time in this review detailing I’m sure - they are really beautifully made. The leather really is buttery soft, I only got one small blister on one of my pinky toes after the first wear and no blisters afterwards! Every wear I’ve been seeing my foot moulding to them with little toe imprints, making them comfier every time, it’s actually kinda freaky to see how much they change! I was a bit skeptical, was it too good to be true? But Victoria does know her stuff and honestly she was an absolute pleasure to correspond with during my ordering process. I’m definitely going to keep my eye out for the closed heel drop as I’ll be very sad to put these in their dust bag when the weather turns again! It’s an investment yes, but the quality is really worth it! Updated review! I finally had the opportunity to test these at a wedding and they were an absolute DREAM. I was stomping on the dance floor all night and my feet were absolutely fine! We had a long walk back to our accommodation and I felt so smug when everyone else was complaining about their shoes and for me it felt as though I’d only just put them on! Honestly I’d really recommend these shoes, they’re so well made and once they mould to your feet you’re golden. I am eagerly anticipating the closed toe version for autumn and winter!!
The Joni sandal is the most comfortable heel ever! Legs is't tired at all, it feels comfortable, at the beginning it seems that the seam under the toes will rub, but there were no problems. I am very satisfied!
The Joni’s are absolutely brilliant! So comfortable you can walk around in them all day, but also stylish enough to level up your look! I have narrow heels/ankles but a wider toebox and these fit so well!
I wore the Joni sandals on my wedding day and so glad I did! They were so comfortable to stand, walk and dance in. It was the first time I woke up without experiencing pain after being in heels the night before. I was contemplating for 7 months on whether or not to buy them as I’ve always found it difficult to buy footwear that are actually comfortable and suit my needs. I even missed the pre-order deadline because I convinced myself they wouldn’t be worth it (considering I couldn’t try them on before buying). BUT Victoria was determined to help me and sent me the heeled sandals of my dreams! I’m sure my message thread to Victoria is incredibly lengthy as I kept asking questions and advice. She helped me choose which size would be best and gave me tips on how to protect and maintain the leather. I also shared my concerns about the straps not fitting my ankles and she personally made adjustments to ensure they would fit. I went to a cobbler to get a thin rubber sole fitted on the front which saved them from getting damaged by varying surfaces at our wedding venue. I don’t think I would’ve committed to purchasing them without Victoria’s help, so so grateful! They’re perfect I love them ! The leather adapts quite well to the feet and makes the shoes really comfortable for a pair of heels and the platform makes the heel not as high. The colour is gorgeous and it can be dressed up or down which is a plus. Thank you !

I was nervous about investing in a pair of shoes without being able to try them on - I am frequently disappointed by shoes I order online, or even those I buy in the shop. Comfort is my top priority, and I live a busy life with lots of walking. I'm so glad I decided to take a chance on the Joni sandals. They are absolutely beautiful and true to the idea that they go with everything. I've worn them twice now at long events with lots of standing and never had an issue with them during the event, nor sore feet the next day. I'm now interested in buying more Vandrelaar shoes on the basis of trust alone - this is clearly a quality product made with love, and worth every penny.
The Joni Sandals are absolutely beautiful! Super comfortable, and incredibly well-made. The first time I wore them was at a wedding party where I danced for at least 10 hours non-stop, and my feet still felt great (and I never wear heels!). If you’re between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down for the best fit. Truly worth the investment!

I’ve been looking for a good pair of sensible heels for a long time, and I really feel like these hit the nail on the head. They are comfortable to walk in, wide enough that your feet don’t feel squished, and look incredibly chic. The quality of the construction is great. I look forward to wearing these regularly.
These shoes are worth every penny. I preordered these 3 months ago and was originally worried that a size EU 40 would translate smaller than anticipated on my wide US size 10 feet. Not only did the size fit perfectly, the toe box was very accommodating to my flatter foot. There was also a good amount of cushioning, especially at the heel of the shoe where I bear most of my weight. I took these shoes out for a spin, and spent the day walking a total of 2 miles, and my feet weren’t dying by the end of day. This brand and these shoes surprised me so pleasantly, I’ll have to invest in a fall/winter pair of boots.
I, too, stumbled upon these shoes on Pinterest and took a chance without trying them on. I’m so glad I did! Luckily they fit so well. I’m a US 8 1/2 with feet on the wider side so I ordered a size 39. These shoes are beautiful! The leather is shiny and soft, and the stitching looks nice as well. I really appreciate the cushioning!! I intend to wear these all through the rest of summer and fall, until it gets too cold. I really hope they aren’t discontinued— I want to wear these to the ground, and then buy another pair if they ever become too worn. Maybe I’ll look into cobblers near me when the time comes lol. They really are a dream staple heel. xx
Delighted to receive my chocolate brown super soft leather Joni sandals yesterday.💕💕💕 I knew I would love them as I had spotted them on Pinterest and been obsessed until I managed to track them down 🤓 I had the most incredible opportunity to visit Victoria at her office when I passed through Amsterdam. I was able to try different sizes ànd colours. Ànd was so very impressed with her shoe design story. Every aspect of her design avd construction is meticulously planned and crafted. Surprisingly although I live in Scotland there was no importation tax to pay which was a bonus 🙌 for those of us no longer live in the EU. I am sure these Jonis will take me all over ànd am excited to try them out!! 🥳 🥰

These shoes are absolutely worth the investment. I live in NYC and walk every day and these sandals hold up beautifully. They did take a few wears to break in but now that they have, I get the best of both worlds - a reliable summer shoe that is both comfortable and stylish, I get so many complements on them! This small business also did an incredible job shipping to the US. I love them so much that I am now saving up for another pair in brown!
If you want to receive loads of compliments on your shoes, buy these!! I bought them in espresso which is the perfect dark brown colour - goes with everything and they’re suuuuuuper comfy. I’ve got soooo many compliments on them, definitely my favourite shoes I’ve ever bought.
